Analytics Director
As Analytics Director, you will lead one of 180DC Barcelona’s most innovative functions, shaping how the branch uses data to make better decisions, measure impact, and improve performance.
You will work across departments to turn internal information into actionable insights, while also supporting consulting projects where data can strengthen client recommendations and impact measurement.
What You'll Do

Develop and execute the analytics strategy for 180DC Barcelona.

Build dashboards and reporting systems to support board-level decision-making.

Automate data collection and analysis from surveys, forms, feedback systems, and internal tools.

Collaborate with consulting teams to integrate data analysis into client projects where relevant.

Help measure project impact and translate findings into clear strategic recommendations.

Identify internal improvement opportunities through data-driven insights.
What We're After

Enrolled in a Master’s program at Esade Business School (Business Analytics preferred) for 2026–2027.

Working knowledge of at least one analytical tool or language, such as Python, SQL, R, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or VBA. Vibe coding experience recommended.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to turn data into practical recommendations.

Clear communicator who can explain insights to non-technical audiences.

Organized, proactive, and excited to build systems from the ground up.

Passionate about using analytics to improve social impact and organizational performance.
It Would Be Great If You Also

Have experience with dashboards, automation, surveys, or impact measurement.

Have worked in consulting, student organizations, nonprofits, or analytics projects before.
