Analytics Director
As Analytics Director, you will lead one of the most innovative and rapidly growing departments within 180 Degrees Consulting Barcelona. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape how our branch, and the organizations we support, use data to drive strategic decisions, measure impact, and optimize operations.
We’re looking for a tech-driven, purpose-minded leader who is excited to bring analytical thinking and data tools into the social impact space. You’ll not only support internal operations with insights but also help NGOs and social enterprises unlock the power of data they often overlook.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute the data strategy for 180DC Barcelona, setting goals for data collection, analysis, and application both internally and externally.

Automate ETL processes to efficiently handle data from team surveys, feedback forms, and external enrichment sources.

Design interactive dashboards to visualize key insights across departments and support board-level decision-making.

Collaborate with consulting teams to incorporate data into project delivery, enabling measurable outcomes and performance tracking.

Build models to generate predictions, inferences, and strategic recommendations for internal improvement and client success.

Act as the analytics liaison across departments, identifying key levers and ensuring results are communicated and applied.

What We're After

You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program related to Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or similar in Barcelona for the 2025-2026 academic year.

You have working knowledge of at least one programming language: Python, SQL, R, or VBA.

You are fluent in English (spoken and written), with strong communication and collaboration skills.

You are a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills, and you enjoy translating insights into actionable plans.

You’re passionate about social impact and excited to bring the power of data to mission-driven organizations.

Have previous experience in student associations, consulting teams, or volunteering.
