Co-President
As Co-President of 180 Degrees Consulting Barcelona, you will lead the organization in a collaborative and strategic capacity. Working side by side with your Co-President, you will be jointly responsible for overseeing the direction, culture, and overall success of the branch. Together, you will guide the Board of Directors, empower Consultants and Team Leads, and ensure that every member reaches their full potential.
What You'll Do

Serve as co-leader of the organization, overseeing the Board, Departments, Consultants, and Team Leads alongside your Co-President.

Act as the central point of alignment, ensuring all teams are working toward a shared vision and mission.

Co-develop the long-term strategic direction of 180DC Barcelona, design and launch initiatives, and track progress toward key impact goals.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement, regularly rethinking internal processes and driving innovation.

Represent the branch to internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partner organizations, universities, and the global 180DC network.

Ensure general operations run smoothly, including financial sustainability, legal oversight, and internal information management.

Foster a spirit of collaboration and excellence across all levels of the organization.​
