Vice President
As Vice President of 180 Degrees Consulting Barcelona, you will help lead the organization’s overall direction, culture, and long-term success. Working closely with the wider Board, you will ensure that every department is aligned around a shared vision and that 180DC Barcelona continues to grow as a high-impact, professionally run student consulting branch.
You will guide directors, support key decisions, represent the branch externally, and make sure the organization remains ambitious, coordinated, and sustainable.
What You'll Do

Lead the strategic direction of 180DC Barcelona and define key priorities for the year.

Coordinate and support the Board of Directors to ensure strong execution across departments.

Act as the central point of alignment between Consulting, Analytics, Client Relations, HR, Marketing, Events, and Finance & Legal.

Represent the branch to clients, partners, universities, alumni, and the global 180DC network.

Drive continuous improvement across internal processes, governance, and member experience.

Oversee branch performance, ensuring projects, teams, and initiatives remain aligned with 180DC’s mission.

Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, professionalism, and social impact.
What We're After

Enrolled in a Master’s program at Esade Business School for 2026–2027.

Prior leadership experience in student organizations, consulting, social impact, or project-based environments.

Strong strategic thinking, communication, and decision-making skills.

Able to motivate teams, manage ambiguity, and keep the bigger picture in mind.

Highly committed, proactive, and comfortable representing the organization externally.

Fluent in English, written and spoken.
It Would Be Great If You Also

Have previous experience within 180DC or a similar consulting/social impact organization.

Have managed directors, teams, or cross-functional initiatives before.
