HR Associate
As an HR Associate at 180 Degrees Consulting Barcelona, you’ll support the people and culture behind our mission by contributing to recruitment, team-building, and the organization of key events. You’ll help ensure smooth operations while creating meaningful experiences that strengthen our community.

This role is ideal for students interested in human resources, people operations, and event management. You’ll work closely with internal teams, take initiative on projects, and gain hands-on experience supporting a fast-paced, impact-driven organization.
What You'll Do

Support the recruitment process, including candidate coordination and onboarding activities.

Contribute to team-building initiatives that strengthen engagement and collaboration across the association.

Assist in the planning and execution of key events such as the photoshoot, Impact Gala, and kickoff event.

Contribute to the growth of our alumni network, helping organize events and communications to keep former members engaged and connected.

Handle operational and logistical aspects of HR and events to ensure smooth execution.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the overall member experience.

What We're After

You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Barcelona.

You are highly proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

You enjoy working in a dynamic, hands-on environment and taking initiative.

You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
