Analytics Associate
As an Analytics Associate at 180 Degrees Consulting Barcelona, you’ll work closely with the association’s internal teams to unlock the value of data for organizational improvement. You’ll analyze key metrics such as satisfaction, performance, and engagement, and turn complex information into clear insights that support better decision-making and long-term impact.
This role is ideal for students interested in analytics, business analysis, and strategic reporting. You’ll collaborate across departments and contribute to a comprehensive final report, gaining hands-on experience using data to strengthen a purpose-driven organization.

What You'll Do

Analyze internal data to deliver insights that support the association’s strategy and operations.

Measure and evaluate key KPIs such as member satisfaction, consultant performance, leadership styles, and engagement across departments.

Conduct ongoing analyses and synthesize findings into a comprehensive final report over a six-month period.

Work closely with multiple internal teams, acting as an internal business analyst to understand needs and translate them into analytical outputs.

Support data-driven decision-making by presenting clear, structured insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

What We're After

You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Data Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related technical/quantitative field in Barcelona.

You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.

You are comfortable working with data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or similar platforms.

You have a strong interest in report writing, editorial work, and communicating insights clearly.

You’re a strategic thinker and problem-solver, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

You are passionate about using data for social good, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative, impact-focused team.

You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
