As an Impact Consultant at 180 Degrees Consulting Barcelona, you will be at the core of what we do: delivering high-quality, socially meaningful consulting to mission-driven organizations. What You'll Do

Collaborate with a diverse team of student consultants to solve challenges for socially-oriented enterprises.
Conduct research, analysis, and strategic planning to deliver tailored recommendations to clients.
Apply your academic background, business acumen, or problem-solving skills to a meaningful, real-world context.
Represent 180 Degrees Consulting Barcelona professionally in all interactions with client organizations.
Learn key consulting frameworks and improve your communication, teamwork, and project execution abilities.

What We're After

You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in any field in Barcelona for the 2025-2026 academic year.
You are fluent in English (written and spoken) and enjoy working in diverse, collaborative teams.
You have an interest in social impact, consulting, or innovation, and are motivated by real-world problem solving.
You are proactive, responsible, and eager to grow professionally.
You demonstrate strong communication skills and basic understanding of business environments.

It Would Be Great If You Also

Have volunteering or extracurricular experience that shows commitment to social change.
Are familiar with basic consulting tools (SWOT, stakeholder mapping, etc.) or project-based work.

When applying for this role, you will have the option to indicate if you’re interested in being considered for a Team Lead position. Final selections will be made by the board based on your application and fit for leadership.

What You’ll Do as a Team Leader

Lead a team of 4-5 Impact Consultants throughout the entire consulting project.
Design and guide the strategic approach, ensuring project milestones are met.
Serve as the main point of contact for both the client and the Consulting Directors.
Facilitate collaboration, resolve issues, and ensure the team delivers high-quality outcomes.
Provide ongoing feedback and support to team members to promote growth and cohesion.
