Events & Community Associate
As an Events & Community Associate at 180 Degrees Consulting Barcelona, you’ll play a key role in cultivating the culture and internal spirit of the organization. Working under the guidance of the Events & Community Director, you’ll help design and deliver experiences that foster collaboration, engagement, and connection among our members and alumni.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys planning, building relationships, and creating meaningful community moments, all while supporting a purpose-driven team.

What You'll Do

Support the planning and execution of events, from formal workshops to informal socials, to strengthen bonds across the 180DC community.

Work closely with the Marketing Team to align event messaging, branding, and outreach.

Help lead community-building initiatives such as trainings, wellness events, and welcome/onboarding experiences for new consultants.

Contribute to the growth of our alumni network, helping organize events and communications to keep former members engaged and connected.

Take ownership of creative projects, bringing fresh ideas to improve the member experience and strengthen internal culture.

Monitor and propose relevant KPIs to assess and enhance community engagement

What We're After

You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in any field in Barcelona for the academic year 2025-2026.

You are outgoing, organized, and have a natural talent for bringing people together.

You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (spoken and written).

You enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and can manage multiple priorities at once.

You’re a proactive team player who’s excited to co-create a positive and inclusive culture.
