Finance & Operations Director
As Finance & Operations Director, you will oversee the financial health, legal compliance, partnerships, and internal operations of 180 Degrees Consulting Barcelona. This role ensures the branch runs smoothly while enabling the rest of the board and teams to focus on impact.
You’ll work closely with the Co-Presidents and board to manage budgets, advise on legal matters, coordinate partnerships, and optimize internal processes. Your work will be crucial in keeping 180DC sustainable, compliant, and high-performing.
What You'll Do
Finance

Manage the branch’s finances, including day-to-day accounts and transactions.

Prepare and oversee the annual budget in coordination with the board.

Produce regular financial reports to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.

Monitor spending and plan for long-term financial sustainability.
Legal
-
Oversee compliance obligations, documentation, and risk management.

Manage contracts and agreements with clients, partners, and vendors.

Advise the board on legal risks and best practices.
Operations & Partnerships

Support partnerships with clients, sponsors, and key stakeholders.

Optimize internal processes to ensure smooth workflows across teams.

Track and coordinate operational KPIs to improve efficiency and accountability.
What We're After

Enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Barcelona for 2026–2027.

Background or strong interest in finance, business administration, law, or operations.

Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Collaborative and confident in communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Fluent in English (spoken and written), comfortable presenting financial, legal, and operational updates.
