Impact Consultant
As part of the Consulting Team, you will be directly responsible for delivering our mission. You will offer your advice and expertise to assist socially-oriented enterprises in improving their performance and overcoming their business challenges. You will become a partner of growth for our clients and you will directly contribute to their long-lasting success so that our brand and reputation can expand along with our clientele.
What You'll Do

You work in a team of consultants, which in most cases have different academic and personal backgrounds from you, which will allow you to grow professionally and personally.

You use your business /consulting knowledge and expertise at the service of our clients and help themsolve their challenges

You have the privilege and responsibility to represent 180dc, as you are the one actually performing the service offered by the organization.

What You'll Do as Team Leader

You manage a team of 4/5 impact consultants

You are in charge of developing a strategic plan for the project execution

You are the main point of contact between the team and the client, as well as between the team and theConsulting Directors.

What We're After
-
You are currently enrolled in a Bachelors, Masters, MBA or PHD in any field in Barcelona for the academic year of 2024-2025.

Fluent in English written/verbal. Communication and interpersonal skills.

Interest in social / impactful topics (past volunteering experience is a plus)

Extracurricular activities that demonstrate your proactivity.
