Marketing Director
As Marketing Director, you will lead all communications and visibility efforts for 180DC Barcelona, shaping how our community perceives us, from prospective clients and partners to student applicants and global peers.
This role blends strategic thinking, creativity, and execution, giving you the opportunity to lead the voice, brand, and external impact of our branch while collaborating closely with other directors and teams.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including content calendars, campaigns, and stakeholder messaging.

Manage 180DC’s brand presence across web, social media, and physical materials, ensuring consistency and professionalism.

Launch and optimize SEO initiatives to improve visibility, engagement, and audience reach.

Coordinate internal and external newsletters, media partnerships, and collaborations.

Foster cross-team communication, aligning marketing with events, partnerships, and recruitment efforts.

Monitor performance using marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console) and adjust strategies as needed.

Innovate on content formats, campaigns, and channels to enhance engagement and brand perception.
What We're After

Enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Business Administration at ESADE.

Experience in marketing strategy, communications, or digital media.

Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) with creativity and clarity.

Familiarity with SEO principles and tools like Google Analytics.

Proactive, curious, and trend-aware, with a passion for storytelling and brand building.

Experience managing projects from idea to execution in creative workflows.
It Would Be Great If You Also

Have experience in graphic design or visual communication (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
