Marketing Director
As Marketing Director, you will lead all communications and visibility efforts for 180 Degrees Consulting Barcelona. This role offers the opportunity to shape how our community sees us, from prospective clients and partners to student applicants and global peers.

You’ll manage digital strategy, content creation, brand identity, and stakeholder communication. If you’re a creative, strategic thinker with a passion for social impact, this role is your chance to lead the voice and image of our branch.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including content calendars, campaign planning, and stakeholder messaging.

Oversee our brand presence across web, social media, and physical materials, ensuring consistency, clarity, and professionalism.

Launch and manage SEO initiatives to improve search visibility and engagement.

Coordinate internal and external newsletters, media partnerships, and collaborations.

Foster communication synergies across teams, ensuring alignment between marketing, events, partnerships, and recruitment.

Monitor performance using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Zoho Social), and adjust strategies accordingly

What We're After

You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program related to Marketing, Communications, or a similar field in Barcelona for the 2025-2026 academic year.

You have experience in marketing strategy, communications, or digital media.

You have excellent English communication skills (spoken and written), with a strong sense of tone, clarity, and creativity.

You understand SEO principles (on-page SEO, backlinks), and have used tools like Google Analytics or similar.

You’ve led or contributed to creative workflows, and enjoy managing projects from idea to execution.

You’re proactive, curious, and trend-aware, with a passion for storytelling and brand building
It Would Be Great If You Also

Have experience in graphic design or visual communication (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

Have worked with UX/UI or front-end development tools and are familiar with HTML/CSS.

Can propose new ideas to grow brand awareness or streamline communication processes.
