Strategic Relations Director
It is the role of the Strategic Relations director is to lead the basis for the majority of external contact for the organization. You must be passionate about the 180 Degrees Consulting Barcelona mission and be able to communicate this passion to all current and future stakeholders within the organization. Whilst the main tasks for the roles revolve around client/project acquisition, mentor acquisition, and partnership activities.
What You'll Do

You must, along with the rest of the Board, create and implement the client acquisition strategy, as well as aligning the strategic relations team behind this strategy to ensure successful project acquisition in line with this strategy

The SRD should lead the partnership acquisition process and manage all partner relationships, ensuring that these are beneficial for 180 Degrees Consulting and its consultants.

The SRD must lead a small team, ensuring that they are providing value to the 180 cause and are receiving development through involvement in the organization.

Ensure the development of up-to-date, relevant materials that can be used in pitch meetings and for external purposes.

Offer his/her advice and support on all strategic matters related to Board meetings.

In addition, the SRD will lead the mentor acquisition process, ensuring that the ‘mentor ecosystem’ is continually replenished with strong mentors who are will to help the organization and its consultants.
What We're After

You are currently enrolled in a Bachelors, Masters, MBA or PHD degree of any kind in Barcelona for the academic year of 2023-2024.

Empathic and natural sense for judgement, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
