Client Relations Director
The Client Relations Director drives 180DC Barcelona’s mission-aligned project acquisition and strategic collaborations. This role focuses on building relationships with nonprofits, ensuring that consulting projects have a real-world impact while supporting branch growth and visibility.
This role is central to the success of our consulting projects and long-term partnerships, ensuring we continue to deliver high-impact, high-quality engagements for social organizations.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute a client acquisition strategy to secure meaningful, mission-aligned projects.

Manage and mentor the Client Relations team, providing guidance and ensuring alignment on goals.

Oversee mentor recruitment and engagement, building a strong, supportive network for consulting teams.

Maintain external-facing materials (pitch decks, proposals, partner brochures) to support outreach and onboarding.

Represent 180DC Barcelona in external meetings, networking events, and client pitches with confidence and professionalism.

Advise the Board on strategic opportunities related to clients and external engagement.

Track and report on client activity to optimize strategy and impact.

Enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Barcelona for 2026–2027.

Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills; confident speaking with professionals and decision-makers.

Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple clients and relationships simultaneously.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Interest or experience in sales, business development, and/or consulting.
